After a completed sprint
The partnership is available once a sprint has delivered a working workflow. There is nothing to keep operating before that.
Available after a completed sprint.
Each month, I review the agreed workflow and operating measures, verify the critical handoffs, address routine issues, implement one prioritized improvement, and keep the operating instructions current.
Eligibility 対象
The 30-day sprint establishes the workflow. The partnership keeps that agreed workflow visible, functional, documented, and improving as the business changes.

One implemented workflow for one business and one operating location
The partnership is optional. A stable workflow that the team can operate independently does not need a monthly agreement.
Included each month 毎月

A concise review of the agreed operating measures, open exceptions, and follow-up priorities.
A scheduled verification of the critical forms, notifications, automations, statuses, scheduling handoffs, payment or invoice handoffs, and owner dashboard within the agreed workflow.
One prioritized configuration, automation, reporting, documentation, form, or staff-handoff improvement completed each month.
Investigation and correction of routine issues involving the implemented workflow.
The workflow map, change log, and operating instructions are updated when the process changes.
One scheduled 30-minute review of what happened, what changed, and what should happen next.
Requests involving the agreed workflow receive an initial response within two business days.

The first three months 進行
Month 1
Confirm staff adoption, establish the scorecard, correct incomplete handoffs, and implement the first prioritized improvement.
Month 2
Review real workflow use, remove the highest-priority bottleneck, implement one improvement, and update documentation.
Month 3
Review the full workflow against the baseline, implement one final priority improvement, document remaining risks, and decide whether to renew, graduate, or scope the next workflow.
The monthly improvement 改善
One prioritized change inside the agreed workflow each month. Examples of the kind of work that fits:
One monthly improvement does not include a new workflow, a major integration, a full redesign, or a custom application.
Scope boundary 範囲外
A request that introduces a new workflow, major integration, custom application, or substantial implementation becomes another sprint or a separately scoped project.
After three months その後
Reviewed at the end of month three and continued only when there is a legitimate ongoing need.
A workflow the team runs confidently on its own is a good outcome. You keep the configuration, the documentation, and the dashboard.
When another valuable workflow is clearly defined, it is scoped as a separate sprint rather than absorbed into this agreement.
